How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive within 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Items may ship from different fulfillment centers to get them to you faster. Each package has its own tracking number.

Can I return my product?

My item arrived damaged or isn't working. What should I do?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Are your products medical devices?

No. BackHeal products are designed for everyday comfort and relaxation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition, an injury, a pacemaker or are pregnant, please talk to your doctor before using massage or heat products.

How do I choose the right posture corrector size?

Measure around your chest and follow the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet - usually within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible.
